How the consultation credit works
The $85 consultation fee and the $250 detailed assessment fee are both credited against full-application fees if you engage us within 90 days. So the upfront diagnostic is effectively free if you proceed with us. We do this because we’d rather you make an informed decision before committing to a multi-thousand-dollar engagement.
Indicative full-application fees
- Skilled visas (189/190/491): AUD $3,000 – $5,000 (depending on points-test complexity and dependants)

- Partner visas (820/801 or 309/100): AUD $4,500 – $7,500 (depending on relationship evidence complexity)

Payment plans
Full-application fees can be split into stages tied to milestones: 50% on engagement, 25% on lodgement, 25% on decision. Discussed during your consultation if relevant to your case.
What you don’t pay us
- Department of Home Affairs visa application charges — these are the government fee for your visa subclass, paid directly to DHA. We don’t mark these up.
- Skills assessment fees — paid directly to ACS, Engineers Australia, VETASSESS, AHPRA, etc.
- English test fees — paid directly to IELTS, PTE, TOEFL.
- Police clearance fees — paid directly to issuing authority.
- Medical examination fees — paid directly to the panel doctor.
